Sorry to see that some of Canada's judges are as bad as ours. Note the amount of time in Bosnia and how long after that the crime was committed.

What would this judge rule if the girl's dad, claiming PTSD, dealt out his own justice?

BOSNIA?????
Yup. He be so traumitized, that 10 years later it seemed like a good idea to rape a 13 year old.

Maybe if they removed his package and shoved a pine cone up his arse, it'd take his mind off Bosnia.

Another judicial tyrant who should be prosecuted for the criminal activity that was excused and abetted

Sounds like he was just practicing the training provided to him by the U.N.

"training provided to him by the U.N."
I don't remember if the Canadian troops were under U.N. command in Bosnia, but could be a factor.

Hope they are under Canadian command and not "Coked-up Amen's" blue helmets.

Yes the Canadians actually fought against Croatian forces under Gen. Akim Ceku ( an Albanian muslim serving the Croatians against the Serb CIVILIANS) in the Medak pocket.
Ceku is an indicted war criminal for what his troops did to civilians Serbs. Things like: butchering old people and burning young girls alive after being raped. The Serbs were killed by the hundreds there but were finally stopped by the Canadians.
Ceku ordered his troops to fire ARTILLERY onto the thousands of Serbians fleeing Croatia in Krajina. Over 500,000 Serbs were ethically cleansed from Croatia. I believe the Canadians stopped that artillery attack as well.
Ceku is now the UN appointed "president" of Kosovo. He is being rewarded by the UN for ALL HIS deeds to help rid the world of those "pesky Serbs".
Ya' know you can kill Serbs and get away with it... BUT not mussies.
He met with Secretary Rice yesterday and she was ALL smiles and happiness to see him. He wants the UN to giver his albanians all of Kosovo( SERB PROPERTY BY THE WAY!)
HEY... if he plays his cards right maybe he can re-play his artillery barrage of all those Serbian Christians trying to flee those crazed albanian muslims when the UN gives the SERBIAN RELIGIOUS HOMELAND TO THE MUSSIES.
sarcasm off!!

Few people know about the fight at the Medak Pocket . Our Liberal government of the day thought our soldiers actions not in keeping with the UN image . What the hell did they know anyway?
Sorry I don't know that much about the politics of the area

These are the Canadian soldiers picking up the dead bodies of Serb civilians. They didn't stop any of the killing of Serbs nor the complete destruction of the Medak Pocket. They did however kill something like 17 attacking Croats - who were attacking them, and they have spoken about the atrocities and what they witnessed. The Hague court and the mainstream media aren't really interested in their testimony or photographs - so it's a coverup in a sense. The Croats did similar destructions like this but usually the UN-ers deserted and didn't fight, witness or speak of what happened to Croatian Serbs.

The Somalia incident was made public just prior to the Medak pocket battle. The Canadian government wanted to see this incident forgotten to avoid another perceived scandal. It took 10 years for the Government to acknowledge what actually took place.

A search of the net shows this guy Nurgitz to be what passes for a conservative in Canada.

Makes one wonder just how wacko the Lefties must be in the country to our north.

Kudos, having PTSD is no excuse for raping a child. I'd be more understanding if he had a flashback or something and shot someone...but c'mon. This is child rape.
