While Jimmy Carter has fared better in the public imagination as an ex-President than he did as Commander in Chief, his rather colorful brother Billy passed away in 1988 at age 51 from pancreatic cancer. We were very young when Carter was pres, but we do, in the dark recesses of our mind, remember the hubbub about Billy Beer (which we didn’t understand back then; all we heard was “beer.” Mmmm…beer…). We don’t, however, remember this pickup, built as a full-size version of a Revell model kit. Click over and check it out, and note the sweet in-dash digital clock. As president he destroyed America's military, morale and economy. He betrayed some of our staunchest allies (Taiwan and Iran) and nearly destroyed the country in the process. As an ex-president he has been completely open about in embracing America's enemies.

The only thing I will never understand is why the Iranian Islamofascists burned his effigy every day, he was the best thing that EVER happened to them.

One would think that before Billy spent the money to have "Ain't Apologisin" painted on the tailgate, he would have checked the spelling in a dictionary. But of course that requires the ability to read. Wierd family and bad beer, but at least Billy selected a GM truck. Had it been a Ford, the starting bid price would be half as much.
