Women's prisons should be staffed exclusively by women, men's prisons by men.

Someone needs to do more than that. There needs to be a massive investigation of all the jails and prisons.

I've heard stories from inmates in our local jails that tell of being able to get drugs. A number of inmates recently got caught snorting cocaine in the jail's visiting lounge.

Not necessarily. I'd say it's more likely to happen when you put high-functioning morons in charge of anything.
