Deranged Left, Drive-By Media Celebrate Torture Death of Two American Soldiers (FR mentioned)
Rush Limbaugh ^ | 6/20/06 | Rush

You had Democratic presidential candidates out there at this thing. You had all kinds of media. This was one of the biggest nonevents in terms of influence and making things actually happen. But yet all these powerful bigwigs in the Democratic Party, the Drive-By Media, went out there, as though this was the first time something like this has happened. You know, and I kept thinking, the Freepers have been around doing this for a decade or more, longer than that, and have never gotten anything other than ridicule from the Drive-By Media, and these people at this left-wing blog convention are genuine lunatics, genuine kooks who are being granted the presumption of sanity, substance and size simply because they're a bunch of libs.

Thank you, Rush. Thanks for really speaking truth to power.

In an effort to compile a collect condemnation statements about the treatment treatment/desecration of the two US soldiers by al-Qaeda in Iraq, as of 6-21-06;9:25amCDT, I have found the following statements of condemnation from major national/international groups, many of whom have no trouble finding a voice and issuing statements when they feel offended:

C.A.I.R:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

Muslim Association Of America:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

Amnesty International:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

Human Rights Watch:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

International Red Cross/Red Crescent:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

Islamic Society of North America (ISNA):

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

United Nations:

Reserved space

Awaiting statement of condemnation

Disclaimer: If any of these organizations has issued a statement of condemnation, I missed it being reported by the MSM.

Just remember these people are showing who they really are. Eddie (whatshername) made a good point on Fox & Friends, where is the outrage? where are the Murthas, the Human Rights groups, the same people bemoaning the Geneva Convention. These U.S. soldiers were TORTURED.

On one hand, I have nothing but hatred for the democrats and MSM. With each passing day, it becomes obvious they are not just bitter political opponents, but truly believe that unless they are in charge, America is not worth preserving as a country.

One the one hand I am glad to see the democrats and MSM be so stupid. They look at their cooked up polls and think it means that the American public supports taking a retreat and defeat position in Iraq, which of course, they call "redeployment." They have bet their entire political fortunes on American defeat in Iraq. That is simply amazing and, in my opinion, will go down as the biggest political blunder in American history. Because they are so invested in it, the more progress made, the more overt the steps they are forced to take to aid the enemy.

Even if their polls were accurate, an infinite amount of extrapolation must be done to go from the message reflected in the polls (Americans are anxious about Iraq) to a conclusion that the brutal death of two American soldiers is a thing to be exploited for political. Why would anyone other than the moron.org/code pink/Cindy Sheehan crowd look favorably on that?!!?

As for the MSM, their motives are incredibly obvious. After a week of good news about Iraq and for the President, they had to, for lack of a better word, counterattack. Funny, isn't it? In addition to worrying about a counterattack from Al Queada's military wing, we have to worry about one from their propaganda wing. .errr, I mean the American MSM.

They just had to remind us, who according to them are the stupid, pile of shyt, crapola, eff you dumb hicks that are soooo far beneath them, American Public that IRAQ IS VIETNAM!!! IT IS!!!! WHY CAN'T YOU STUPID DUMB ARSE HICK AMERICANS UNDERSTAND THAT. Now, answer this poll question for us, "do you think the President should stop beating his wife?" Good, so you do agree with us that Bush is a bad man because he beats his wife.

At any rate, I will temper my anger with what is the end of the democrat party. If the immigration issue had ever tempted me to stay home on election day, what I have seen from the democrat party and MSM over the past two days has absolutely killed that notion. These people must be shown the door, and soon, say, in November.

Actually, they did the same thing in Vietnam - only they were successful there, thanks to John F'n Kerry and his girlfriend Jane Fonda.

What you are seeing is the Dems applying the Vietnam formula to everything, now. It worked once and, on many accounts, it is working again with the dumbed down dumbbells who graduated from government schools.

The situation in Vietnam is different from the situation in Iraq for so many reasons. In my opinion the biggest reasons are 1) the Armed forces are all volunteer; and 2) Iraq is a theatre in the larger war with the Jahidists.

Finally, I would argue that the left's anti-war stance in Vietnam was the start of their downfall. But for Watergate, I don't think Carter even smells the White House.

Time to unveil the first iteration of a new graphic. It was originally conceived to illustrate my view of Ann Coulter's "Jersey Widows", but it works just as well for Cindy Sheehan, Daniel Berg, the Columbine crowd, and all other gun-grabbers.

And, IMO, it also is apropos re this present "dancing on the graves" of our two slaughtered and defiled heroes.

(Does anyone know a "real artist" [as opposed to a graphics technician/hacker like me] who might want to take this concept and "run with it" -- as in a political cartoon...?)
