I predict that there will be many more than 10,000 protesters. Most Europeans will do anything for a day off work--plus millions of Europeans have been convinced that America is EVIL--period.
This will literally be a walk in the park for them.

10,000? Consider that there were millions marching against the war in Europe just three years ago!
The antiwar movement is off the streets and making its last gasps in the halls of the U.S. Congress.

Hopefully GW drops in Sacher cafe. If he has to be there, why not get one of more pleasant experiences?

And happily so! The Austrians were very enthusiastic National Socialists.

A sign that the United States is not imperialist: the country is bordered by countries much weaker militarily, numerically, and economically than it, but those countries have existed for around a century since the United States became the largest economy (though around half of Mexico was taken in the mid 1800's; the United Kingdom, Russia, or even France could've taken that land anyway if the United States didn't). The United States could have taken over Western Europe after the second World War, to a larger degree than the Soviet Union exerted its control over much of Eastern Europe (as the United States was relatively unscathed, compared to other major countries, after the war). instead, France was able to kick out American troops and have a socialist government.

Austria is supposed a population of a little over eight million.
Wikipedia Austria link 10,000 would be around 1/8 of a percent, or .12.....%

The protestors are Austrian, wouldn't they more probably drink Austrian or German beer?

.....Austrian; wouldn't.....

I worked, in the U.S. for an Austrian Company for 10 years. They are still Nazi's, they screw Americans, and think the world owes them.

The Austrians are upset that we removed a National Socialist from power in Iraq. (And did they ever get around to changing the name of that stadium to honor Tookie Williams?)

I'm starting to wonder if some of these Europeans (some now, not all) have a job or a life! They seem to have an awful lot of time to spend on the streets to do these pointless demonstrations.

That's right! He needs to tell these Vienna sausages to get their cans out of the way ;-)
