You would love Smirnoff Ice then one of our most popular drinks in clubs in Britain.

Old fashioned cloudy lemonade with vodka of served iced cold. Most people drink it straight from the bottle a new craze started about 10 years ago in Britain.

He really does make it all personal for each of them. He makes sure it is special and unforgettable. What a good man he is.

That sequence of pics with Gabriel is so funny and GWB is so animated in his expressions, it is a priceless display of his personality, and Gabriel's too. GWB expression in that one pic reminds me of Bob Barker's expression on the Price is Right when a Samoan woman contestant wins and rushes the stage to hug him , and he knows he may have every rib broken with one squeeze. LOL!

It's a crazy summer so far, but yes, we're enjoying it.

Much travel still coming, so I keep the suitcases handy, and the travel toothbrushes nearby. :)

How's your summer going? Are you guys getting any rain out there, or are you really hot and dry too?

RE: GW and his sword at a press conference . . . "OK Gregory, WHAT is your question???" with the tip at Gregory's throat . . . bet GW has fantasized about being able to do that!

How 'bout the full George Washington uniform!

The press corps would embarrass themselves severely -

Wolfstar freeped me these details which is further info on the President visit to Kings Point.

The President gave a stirring speech at the Merchant Marine Academy. He ended it by talking about a young 1st Lieutenant who died from injuries suffered in Iraq. Lt. Aaron Seesan, 24, was a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy.

Here's a link where you can get a little more info and a photo of Aaron: http://www.militarycity.com/valor/874009.html

And here's a link to Sen. Mike DeWine's remarks on the floor of the U.S. Senate about Aaron: http://dewine.senate.gov/pressapp/record.cfm?id=247288

Thanks Wolfie

I'm glad you're enjoying your summer! I've stayed home from most of the trips so far, for various reasons. The county fair is our next big event, in just three weeks. And mr.h's 40th b-day coming up . . .

We got about 3" of glorious, much prayed for rain on Saturday. Just beautiful; lots of lightning but no cows got hit and no wind. Our pond actually has some water in it. We could use about 2" a day for the rest of the month, but are thankful for what we got. Thanks for asking!

Enjoy your travels!

WHY did you drag Mike and Brandon along? It's a well known fact a mom/wife can do it MUCH faster by herself! LOL! It sounds like you did get a lot done though. YOu DO deserve a drink--have one of snugs' in the above post.
