THIS WEEK (ABC): L. Pre-empted for World Cup coverage.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Snow; Sens. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
A lot of Democrats are going to have egg on their faces if the administration starts talking about this.
A terrific new freeper, Ikez78, has uncovered some interesting information; it's fully sourced here:
Big news last night in the Saddam - al Qaeda connection. al Baghdadi is a man leading the insurgency in Iraq currently. He was a Republican Guard officer for Saddam, companion of Zarqawi since the start of the war AND HAS BEEN FRIENDS WITH BIN LADEN SINCE MEETING HIM IN AFGHANISTAN http://markeichenlaub.blogspot.com/2006/06/abu-abdullah-rashid-al-baghdadi-former.html
The man will say anything to stay in the MSM spotlight.
Just a coincidence. Jefferson says there's a good reason to keep some "cold cash" around.
I see Lindsey Graham is gonna be on Face The Nation.
I also notice he's from SC which means South Carolina.
But what does the "R" after his name mean?
Rabid, perhaps?
Thanks!
dog gone it! I was sandbagged.
Thanks, I almost missed it....
Rimshot.
Yahooo! tony Snow reminding C-span viewers the president never said, "Mission Accomplished", that it was a banner on the ship returning from THEIR mission accomplished.
Tony said the reporter knew he was going to Iraq before Tony knew himself that he was going, and that's because the White House didn't want Tony lying to the WH reporters about the president's schedule.

U.S. Policy in Iraq

Tony Snow is on this segment with Yochi and the host, Steve.
Good Morning and happy Father's Day to all FR Dad's!!
Congrats to all last week's winners. I may not contribute much but I enjoy reading this thread because of all the great comments, opinions and contributions.
Looking forward to Tony Snow on the talk shows. Anyone notice the negative comments by the left reagrding his performance? They have been brutal in their attack on him.
Really tired of the dem's putting Biden on to represent their opinions every single week. Same old tired rhetoric weekly.
Chairman James Mulva
Wasn't his sister the subject of a Seinfeld episode?
;-)
Little confusion, which Jefferson are we talking about, Jefferson - last name or middle name? :-)
Happy Father's Day to Tony Snow and all of you FReeper dads. God bless you for all you do.
If you've ever made the DC tour (courtesy of Kristinn or Angelwood), you know C-Span and FOXNews are in the same building.
I think Tony carried his own chair away as he left the studio??
Does it matter?
ROFLOL
I think Tony may have just dropped in and surprised them. I don't think they expected him at all.
That was a good move. I did not read that he was going to be a guest on Fox News Sunday.
