THIS WEEK (ABC): L. Pre-empted for World Cup coverage.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Snow; Sens. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
I was recently called and the participated in order to learn how the questions are posed. Near the beginning was "Is the country on the right track or the wrong track" I told the interviewer that I needed a bit more clarification before I could give her an answer. She asked me what I meant, and I said, Are you asking about the economy, the war on Terror, the border issues, pop culture...
I passed on that question, because it is meaningless, yet used by all the pundits to claim anything they want it to mean.
What did Joel Osteen have to say?
When was the last time he had Liebermann on to talk about Iraq?
Ref #53,Russert has to be careful when to jump in and went to let him ramble. He clearly has dementia IMHO and is hard to control, and will be even more in the ranting and raving mode before November. They will not be able to shut him up because The Drive by Media is using him, and they have no clue that he has been out of control for a very long time, it just sounds like normal Democrat hate speech. They just know he says really horrible things about the President and the Soldiers and they love that and will never miss a chance to run with it.
Thank you!
It seems that there is little preparation and a lot of shooting from the hip.
Always liked them both as persons, but as of late have been very disappointed with what is said on BWB.
I saw this...he ALSO admitted he had told his editor about it. I agree that he should never be allowed near the President again.
Thanks Rod and congrats for your last week's top.
Russert's a set-up man for the DNC... the Bud Abbot to the DNC/Costello's.
Wow, thanks for saying they actually might call a Republican or two once in awhile. From my college courses and experience in politics, I just don't trust polls of any kind, it's to easy to manipulate the entire process.
No doubt.
He needs to stop the "bomb throwing" and get thrown out of Congress.
I have crossed the BWB off my viewing list. They are so inside the bubble that they are suffering from a lack of oxygen to their brains.
This sunday's Media Nuggets
###### Moody's cuts Tribune(which includes LATimes, Chicago Tribune, Newsday and many others) to "junk" status. Happens when they ally themselves with terrorists @ Guantanamo.
###### Al Qaeda terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was Olbermann's "hero".
###### President Bush's personal aide goes to Harvard Business School, even media likes him.
###### United States military personnel now able to watch World Cup baseball, football, basketball, golf, Nascar, hockey, college championships and the Olympics on bases and ships around the world, thro' the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service thanks to Rupert Murdoch.
###### Remember the "Bloggers in their Pajamas" comment by MSM? Now the USA Today Baghdad correspondent Cesar Soriano goes on a similar attack - "To all the Chairborne Rangers advancing the vast 'negative media' conspiracy from the safety and comfort of their parents' basements: If you think you can do better, I've got a spare bed in the Baghdad bureau." - Big Mistake.
###### If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. NYTimes keep pushing for housing bubble burst. Didn't happen. So, it 's launching a Real Estate Magazine, named "Key".
###### George Soros becomes a "convicted felon" -> and gets an hour-long interview on CNBC without touching that subject.
###### Esquire mags readers seems intelligent, as they chose to have Dinner With Condi than Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston.
###### Challenge to AP - Conservative Thomson Financial is buying Agence France-Presse (AFX News) and wirenews headlines showing difference already:
Bush trip leaves Democrats in disarray
Baghdad sees end of Qaeda near as crackdown enters day two
###### Conflict, what conflict? When spouse is one of the board of directors, Page-1 honor comes automatically.
###### Media Ins & Outs - Dan Rather 100% out of CBS.Mike Chinoy out of CNN. MSNBC canned Maurie&Connie, Connected Coast 2 Coast & "Abrams Report" after heavy loss, but can't fire can't fire Dan Abrams & Monica Crowley(contract). So they gave Abrams a desk job(GM) & Monica Crowley an anchor job twice a week.
Lindsey Graham is gonna be on Face The Nation.
FNS: What a tapdance around Iraq by Podesta and that other clown.
Hard to believe, but I think you are correct...
For a good laugh, everyone should go see this video. Just remember Democrats = goats.

We do, and that is what troubles me so much. Few people know his agenda or understand his techniques. I would love to see Russert taken down.
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really getting sick of these constant opinion polls. Not only are they manipulated, but they're utterly meaningless. At the risk of sounding elitist, I frankly don't care if 'x% of the American public thinks the war in Iraq is unwinnable, the country is on the wrong track' etc. What do the American public (myself included) know about the war, or the economy, except what the DBM tells them? They're not military strategists or economists. The only thing that polls measure with any degree of "accuracy" is how effective the media is in indoctrinating us, pure and simple.
Samantha, I believe the Democrat leadership is using Murtha just as much as the media. They put Murtha out there knowing he's mentally unstable.
