True. CNN would have had reporters all over Germany showing the cruelty wrought by our B-17's.

Chris asks Tony about North Korea's intention to deploy a long range missile.

Tony says he won't answer what if questions. We expect them to come back to the table and do not want them to have a missile test.

Chris said he thought that what Tony has said in the past is too provocative and he may have problems with his new position.

Tony says that those who make the mistake of thinking the WH job is about themselves are making a serious mistake. He says this is a fun WH to work in; the focus is how to help the president.

Chris said when Tony took the job he wanted a seat at the table on policy decisions.

Tony says that he does sit in on policy decisions and that the president likes to hear different points of views and hear a lot of options and that's it's a stimulating atmosphere.

Chris asks him about the picture of Tony and Dan Bartlett in a chopper over Baghdad (the picture where they BOTH look scared). Tony says he tells people that there is a necessity of humility and he wants a huge picture of his office to remember. Tony says you can look funny with a helmet on or be stupid without a helmet. LOL

I notice the Fox News Poll has the Bush JA lower than some others.

The same pollsters who predicted a Kerry win. As Judge Judy would say, once a lier is always a lier.

Morning, Peach

"You know, the left and Clinton permitted OBL to run unchecked in his attacks on America. And OBL cites specifically that incident in Somalia when we pulled out."

No, no peach you are confused. It was hate radio that was responsible for our problems. (s) Why only last night Mort Kondracke stated that talk radio (read Rush) ALL republicans all worked up about you know what.

Sow you see, it wasn't OBL or Zarqawi or Saddam. It's the New Media! (more s)

Murtha said 12 Republicans came to him and said they supported the amendment, but couldn't vote for it?

Just like the "military commanders" who "secretly" tell him we're dooooomed. And now American citizens come up to him and tell him the war is a disastr.

His imaginary (selective) conversations belong in the same place as sKerry's magic hat.

This MTP is nothing more than giving Murtha a chance to repeat all of his crap. Says we've become the enemy in Iraq. Our credibility is in the tank. Murtha is SOOOO intense. We're recruiting terrorists in Iraq, he says. Rants on and on without Timmy's typical interruptions and confrontations. There is none of that with Murtha.

MTP

Murtha apparently didn't read those documents from Zarqawi's computer, where Zark indicated that they were losing in Iraq.

[That info doesn't fit Murtha's agenda.]

The Democrats are so driven by emotion that they can't remember what they said the last time they shot their mouth off, which is why I generally ignore them. They are irrelevant and will do or say whatever they think the media wants them to say at any given moment. The real puppet master of the Democratic Party is the media and they have done a fabulous job of turning the American People off both the Media and the Democrats.

Murtha is a big bag of wind, reveling in the attention he gets from the media.

Until recently, Murtha was an insignificant rep from a backwater district (I had heard of him, but then I grew up 30 miles outside of his backwater district). Now he's the toast of the anti-war and anti-Bush left. His newfound celebrity has even given him the "chutzpah", if you will, to think he deserves the house majority leadership. A pathetic old man making his last grasp of fame. Hope he ends up retired.

That vote was very telling. If the country was as anti-war as the MSM constantly claims there is now way that vote would have gone the way it did.

Murtha is a fool...the nations that think we are evil are the ones plotting against us.

International diplomacy is not the answer....diplomacy has never put a single blood thirsty terrorist six feet under.
