N. Korean leadership ordered its citizen to raise their flag and listen to their (government) communique from TV in the evening, according to Sankei Shimbun (of Japan), quoting Japanese government sources.

The paper said it is paying attention this development because it could be related to the launch of Taepodong-2.

Let's get real, unless we plan to do something, how "bad an idea" is it for N Korea to have nukes and ICBM's? Unless we are willing to take them out, from their standpoint it is a GREAT idea to have this type of threat in hand. Isolate them??? They are possibly the most isolated nation on earth.

Your right. This is the problem or question. Is it a an unarmed ICBM just to be tested in flight? If we are wrong it cost millions of lives. In the worst case scenario, if he did nuke millions of people, we would have to nuke millions of people to retaliate in oreder to end further aggression on their part. This scenario makes the case for pre emptive strikes.
