For many years I have enjoyed some of Ford's vehicles. Unfortunately, there comes a practical limit to what I will tolerate. I will not be a hypocrite and financially support organizations that take sides in this debate.
America is in the midst of a Culture War [fn1] with blatant attacks on traditional morals and values. Ford no longer deserves the support of ANY conservative. And however hard it may be, it's time for real action to be taken against this company that is so far out of touch with American values and traditions.
The American Family Association (the AFA) has issued a request for a boycott [fn2] and there are certainly many businesses today that tolerate homosexuality. However, Ford has taken this two or three steps further, has clearly taken sides, and its marketing efforts appear to be advancing flagrant attacks on marriage and values. Ford recently advertised on the back page of a gay magazine, opposite a front cover that promotes gay polygamy [fn3]. Just in case you consider dismissing this as a "fluke," Ford's own, internally generated marketing material openly advances homosexual messages:
Promoting gay "erection" imagery [fn4]
Volvo (wholly owned by Ford) flagrant Gay advertising [fn5]
Volvo article about marketing to "diverse" gay families [fn6]
And finally, Ford openly affirms its direct gay advertising, with gay messages, and gay themes [fn7].
What can you do? First, if you're in the market or going to be in the market for a vehicle, please ignore Ford. With so many of the car companies having slow sales, your money would be well-spent buying someone else's products. Second, fill out the AFA boycott material listed below. Third, let your conservative friends and family members know that Ford is blatantly supporting the gay agenda and has taken sides in the culture war. They've chosen homosexuality over morality, perversion over values, and they've chosen to thumb their nose at their conservative customers.
See http://www.boycottford.com/ for an extensive list of articles and other materials related to Ford's direct support and contributions to the gay agenda. Ford is apparently quite proud of its attacks on traditional values and morality. And now it's time that people of values, morality, faith, and traditional ideas of marriage and family say to Ford, "No More! We will no longer support you, your products, your workers, or your gay agenda!"

Here is the message I recently sent to their Sales / Marketing Departments (and I'll be faxing to their Board of Directors):
Exchanging Expedition for Armada and NOT making planned Lincoln Town Car purchase
To Whom it May Concern:
Early last year (2005) I bought an Expedition from the Harrellson Ford Dealership in Charlotte, North Carolina on South Blvd. For years I have been happy with Ford products, having previously owned several makes and models of Fords. In the past, I have owned Ford stock, even as it tanked. Being a business management and technology consultant, I understood the competitive landscape and my support for Ford still did not fade.
I make close to $XXXX a year, and was considering buying a Lincoln Town Car this year. Those plans have now changed.
Before the end of this year, I will be "dumping" my Expedition, no matter what I get for it, and I will be buying a new Nissan Armada or Murano.
This is NOT because of any quality or customer service issue, however this IS because Ford Motor Co. has chosen sides in the culture war and has chosen to both support, and to promote the gay agenda financially and through its advertising.
Niether I, nor anyone in my immediate family will be buying a Ford, Lincoln, Volvo, or other associated products again. I will also be featuring your support for the homosexual agenda on my political web site, www.nodnc.com.
You have chosen sides in this culture war, you have chosen to fight against traditional morals and values. I have chosen sides as well, and I have chosen not only to refuse buying your products, but to make it as widely known, and as widely publicized as I can.
Goodbye Forever Ford,
PREVIOUS Ford Customer
North Carolina
P.S. Please adjust your customer service motto "[y]our satisfaction is our #1 goal" by adding "if you're gay" to the end, as your company has taken sides against its conservative and religious customers...
After the previous generation's experiences with Pintos, I will *never* buy a Ford!
My last and only Ford was a 1966 Ford Mustang.
OMG they are using my photoshop!
I made this! LOL
The same moron liberals that drove Ford into the ground, are the ones pandering to queers. I will continue to have the last laugh as Toyota, Honda and other car makers take more of Ford's marketplace.
Let them reap the harvest they have sewn. Choke on it libs. Everything you touch and stand for, turns to s&*t.
History repeats itself.
I never HAVE bought a Ford and certainly, now, never will!
I am so done with Detriot's cars. Toyota all the way
Is there any linkage of Ford Motor Co and the Ford Foundation? The Ford Foundation leans to left causes with millions in grants each year. I believe Henry Ford quit the Ford Foundation because of its leftist leanings.
Here is the normal sized picture... :)
I prefer GMs and glad when that thing called a 90's Thunderbird was no good after my other car died and needed a replacement! Now I got an 84 Grand Prix!
It's enough to make you buy a Honda.
Actually, they declared war on people who like cars.
My Ford's held up quite well and I'm keepin it too but then again I like to keep my cars for lots of years.
Thank you ever so kindly for the image. Would you like a "plug" for your work?
Are you interested in having more of your work featured on my site? I think it's great!
Bill

I no longer purchase Ford due to quality and service issues....no love lost here.
All it took was for my eldest son to accidentally flip a brand new Elantra. When the car came to a rest (still upside down), he turned off the ignition, unbuckled his belt and climbed out of the car. Nothing like those titanium roofs and supports!
Hyundai wants its customers to live through the bad times, FUR SHUR, and come back for a new vehicle as necessary.
Plus, the Elantras get 35 mpg, and their Blue Book values are climbing.
Queers have more money than you, most likely. They certainly, as a group, go for vehicles that have a higher profit margin and that are more fully loaded.
Any problems Ford has come from not making cars as good as the Japanese/Koreans, not this marketing practice.
