After having a substitute host all week, John Gibson returned to The Big Story today and started off his show by laughing incredulously at Jane Harmon who was trying to argue that Al Qaida in Iraq was only a small part of the insurgency and that the insurgents weren't in a position to know whether their situation was bleak or not. It was absolutely classic. I didn't see if Gibson had a smart-ass smirk but just the audio alone was awesome, particularly when he let out the giggle. I really like Gibby and it's things like this bring a smile to my face every evening at 5:00.
I would have to add Cavuto to that list!
I saw that, what a clown!

That is a great idea....I miss him sometimes..but I hate it...he really makes me LOL!
She reflects the mentality of her constituency.....
Lunatics and a$$holes.
Semper Fi
Where do you purchase "legislative hands" ?? :)
I knew he spent a lot of time in the state, and had some land here.
I've listened to him on the radio and really like him. A lot.
The funniest thing I've seen on FOX during the day is Martha (don't know her last name) interviewing Barbara Boxer. I've seen her interview her twice and it's a riot. A real catfight. Martha won't let her get away with anything, and Boxer is so angry she's about the burst.
Then after a week of getting pounded in the media, they'll claim credit for the victory, and try to say they were behind it all the way.
Missed his reaction to Harmon, but saw/heard him laughing at Neil Abercrombie (Nut, Hawaii). LOL LOL
That is just the lastest gimmick by the dims - putting rope around their hands 'cause those mean ol' pubbies won't let them vote on what THEY want to vote on. Too bad they don't rope their mouths closed.
She's being challenged from the Left out here (which is saying something) by someone named Diana Winograd. I can't go two feet without seeing a Jane Harman poster.
I do that now with Rush. I am a Rush 24/7 member, so I download a week's worth of shows and listen to them while I'm out mowing the lawn on Saturday--I have a large lawn! But I've never had anything other than music to listen to on Sunday, so I am very excited to have the 50 hour capacity of the Inno. This is the only way I can listen to Laura Ingraham (back and forth to work during the week), Rush (Saturday) and now Gibson (Sunday). A very good use of my time, if I do say so!
I missed Harmon, too, but really got a kick out of that nut from Hawaii.
He had to schedule and complete a haircut.....
I think one of the things I like about him is his ability to see the funny side of things...and he doesn't take himself as seriously as a lot hosts that I won't name.
Are Olbermann and Jack Cafferty ever coming back to their respective shows?
Live from the Situation Room.
You're right; that's it exactly. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but he does retain his sense of humor and makes me laugh.
