And so what was the "old" direction? I guess it would be pretty ineffective to call the new initiative "SOME direction" or "ANY direction" or "Some New Direction Thingy We Haven't Tried Before" or even "Same Old Crap Repackaged As Tangy, Ergonometric Something-or-Other" except that last one could be acronymed SOCRATES. So that would be a HUGH plus.
