Sorry Ambassador Wilson
The Washington Times ^ | June 14, 200

Posted on 06/14/2006 3:34:25 AM PDT by YaYa123

There will be no frog marching of Karl Rove out of the White House. For months, there has been plenty of irresponsible speculation about an impending indictment of senior White House aide Karl Rove for his purported role in leaking the identity of Valerie Plame in an effort to "discredit" her husband, Ambassador Joe Wilson. In the wake of yesterday's announcement that Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has informed Mr. Rove that he will not be indicted, we know definitively the indictment scenario was a fantasy -- like virtually every other charge leveled by Mr. Wilson against the Bush administration in connection with reports that Iraq attempted to purchase uranium in Niger.

You're exactly right. Chewed up and spit out. Useless and worthless like every shill who ever took a bullet for Crinton or Hitlery!

I am amazed that Hissy Matthews escaped a mention in this pleasant article. One has to suspect that, when you hear "a senior official" or "sources close to the whatever" tell us, that what you are hearing is often flat out lies. If they can't get someone to spout the desired line, they just make it up, folks.

Both David Schuster and Chris Matthews should be summarily fired. They are disgraceful.

And Mr. Wilson was exposed in the bipartisan report issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee two years ago, in which the panel demonstrated that Mr. Wilson misrepresented numerous aspects of his account of the trip he took to Niger in 2002

"Misrepresented?" Read: "LIED."

This hackneyed, wannabe, was featured in last week's blogfest of moonbats and wackos (KOS) luvfest in Vegas

I doubt if he will run (for any office) as he would be challenged on this entire affair.

Of course, on second thought, look how long Kerry's gotten away with lying and "misrepresenting."

Oh I'm sure Wilson will try to sue Rove, probably Libby too, for millions.

I wish he would, but he won't dare, for the same reason CAIR backed out of its Anti-CAIR lawuit: Wilson can't afford to have his affairs -- particularly his African affairs -- exposed to the light of day under discovery, which they surely would be in a civil suit.

He'll huff and puff, and continue to lie and strut, but there will be no civil lawsuit.

Mr. Wilson isn't done yet.

Most criminals aren't done until they are incarcerated or terminated.

You are correct. The real date is Monday, October 31, 2005.

But the point still stands, these lib's are not called on their past wrong stands and just move on to new ones.

Don't forget President Bush showing he has more cajones than all the Dems put together by flying to Iraq.

David Schuster = useful idiot for Matthews. Schuster's taped reports on HARDBALL, and the little scripted discussions Schuster and Matthews have afterward, are designed to juice up whatever premise Schuster's report is promoting...always negative for Bush.

When Schuster left FOXNEWS to work for Matthews on MSNBC's HARDBALL, I think he ceased to be a reporter. It's more like he's doing opinion.

I appreciate the correct. The site I got the article from has a format that is misleading. They have today's date without the year under the article headline.

A great week... it has uplifted our spirits here... but has DEVASTATED the socialist-left. This year has been like a rollercoaster... and we're only half-way through.

But we suspect that there will be no sober reassessment at the senior level of the mainstream media of the unprofessional performance of journalists and producers. Rather, we suspect, their instructions will be, "Reload, and fire again."

The MSM will just spin another fictional story now. This is a minor setback in the war on George Bush.

You don't suppose we are about to experience an apology from that ding-a-ling Reid? A retraction perhaps? More of the same? I go for C.

"Kinda like the cartoons where Elmer Fudd or some other character shoots the gun (with the intended target having their finger in the barrel) and the barrel explodes in Elmer's face.

The past 6 years have been like a roadrunner cartoon where the Dims keep coming up with new Acme Bush-Beating Machines, all of which lead them to run off cliffs, smack into walls, or blow themselves up. Great fun to watch.

Oh maybe in 20 years Congress will get around to holding hearings to determine which liberal devised the scheme to send Joe to Niger to protect Saddam and destroy President Bush. I have read that some Republican is planning to have a hearing on OKC, now how many years ago did the event take place?????

"It galls me that there are no repercussions for that slime ball and his wife."

You mean the unemployed Joe Wilson, and the wife who hasn't been able to sign a book deal?
