Gang warefare, coming to a midwestern city near you. I wonder how much of this is "gang warefare Americans won't do".

I saw a post in another thread on this, that claimed this was predicted by prison officials. We started getting tougher on violent criminals in the early 90s, and now those guys are getting out after having served 10-15 years.
