This is *exactly* what is needed. Mexico can't protest that we're doing anything they aren't, and the liberals will have to admit that Mexico is trying to keep out their illegal aliens with force.

Immigration laws imposed and actually enforced by Mexico are fierce compared to ours.
But that is supposed to be a secret.

The closer this can mirror Mexican law the better. Those who would hurl the usual and customary epithets of racism would be, by default, accusing the Mexican Government of racism.

Brilliant move on the part of Representative Linder. Mexico's immigration policies are strictly enforced. I know because I have done consulting work down there.

Now... if only the LaME (Liberal Media Establishment) report the idea behind this bill (similar to Mexico's)...

I’d love to see this at the Federal level...adopting Mexico’s immigration/alien laws. But there is even a simpler approach that could fix 95% of the problem in 6 months at practically no cost to the tax payers:
1. Mandate all commerce MUST be conducted in English
2. Do not grant US citizenship to those born in the US of anyone here: (a) illegally, (b) on student visa, (c) on tourist visa.
3. Impose a $100K fine on employers of each instance of having an illegal in employ (this includes private individuals hiring nannies, landscapers, etc.)
4. Impose a $100K fine for each instance on landlords renting to illegal aliens.
5. Withdrawn $100K in federal funds to any school district for each instance of an enrolled illegal.
If they can’t get a job or find a place to live they will stop coming. Those illegals already here will return to their country of origin of their own accord and expense.
