At first I thought the judge shot at the courthouse.

Ha, ha. Knew it! Family court is the most evil institution this country has ever empowered. They just may create enough enemies that this sort of thing could become quite common.
First it was metal detectors. Now they will have to guard the judges. Next, the plaintifs attorneys.
I think that in the future if a woman wants to divorce her husband without cause, instead of just giving her the home and the kids, they should just confine him to a work camp for the rest of his life, just to make sure his position doesn't cause him to do anything "rash".
Oh yeah. I have a strong opinion on this. I'm surprised judges (and attornneys) aren't dropping like flies. There must be more men controlled by their Christian conviction than many would have us believe.

Update - Judge Chuck Weller was shot in the chest
RENO, Nev. - A family court judge was shot Monday at the Washoe County courthouse, and police were searching the building and nearby parking garages for a sniper.
Judge Chuck Weller was shot in the chest while he stood near a window on the third floor of the Mills B. Lane Justice Center about 11:15 a.m., police said. He was rushed by ambulance to Washoe Medical Center, Reno police spokesman Steve Frady told The Associated Press.
Police do not know if the shots were fired inside the courthouse or if they came from outside, Frady said.
A SWAT team was on the scene, and officers were conducting a floor-by-floor search of the courthouse as well as neighboring parking garages.
Police closed off several blocks around the courthouse, on the edge of Reno's downtown casino district.
If the judge was shot by a sniper outside the courthouse, WTH are they wasting time searching the cuort building?

That's the first thing I thought when I heard a judge was shot. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come up with that prediction either. Anyone who has been raped by the system knows that occasionally they will rape the wrong man. They used to go after the ex, but more and more they are going after those that empower them.
In all seriousness, if I were a family court judge, this would make me very nervous - especially if my address was public knowledge. A lot of us are Christian and understand the concept of forgiveness, or are just totally submissive to the alpha dog called family court, but there are others...

Weller uses whatever tactics to force you to submit to his imperial demands and tyrannical orders. Every story from each person that I have talked to in my investigation has similar experience. They are terrorized and don't understand why he is being so aggressive when they've done nothing wrong.
Does Weller ever rule on the law or does he just rule on his whims?

If the shots had come from the outside, you'd think a window would be broken (assuming they are all closed for security reasons).
