Please, people. Let us not condone the murder of others.
Taking revenge out on judges isn't justified. Changing the law is! Let's get power out of the hands of judges and back into the hands of the people!

I have a co-worker who works at the courthouse and she said that the windows go from the floor to the ceiling. No where to hide. Plate glass or tempered glass?

Bushwhackers are not respected, they are generally considered cowards.
Also called back-shooters, as they are too cowardly to face their victim.
Anyone with a legitimate grievance of a level to justify killing should have the guts to get close and personal about it. You are without a doubt so incredibly wrong it is not even funny. Soldiers and Marines don't do this, they have legitimate grievances against their enemies enough to jutify killing them. Judges are a hard target protected by the police, courts and society's sanction. If this was another private civilian, I might be more inclinded to agree with out. As it stands, judges have too much protection to come out on a standup fight.

I raised my kids alone too...their father ended up paying $180/month for two kids. This was at the same time my brother was paying $1200/month for one. I didn't fight it for two reasons: 1. I was in shock; 2. I figured that I won because I got the kids.
Before he got the amount set at this $60/month per child, he asked me if I would give him half custody. He said that he didn't want to take them--I could keep them--but if I would just agree to a 50/50 split, he wouldn't have to pay any child support.
The guy still didn't pay for years, and I never tracked him down. Why force someone to love their children? They always had plenty of love from me and my family, and they know it.

Malvo and Mohammed killed as many as they did because they had virtually no connection with the victims and they attacked from deep concealment.

Juge shot in chest.
Now if it was a rifle , the judge is lucky to be alive. It must have been a small high velocity caliber, a varmit rifle, with non expanding ammo. The shot must have went right through without striking any vital arteries.
The judge is lucky.
A 308 or 306 round with a lead tip would have created an explosive cavity on exit.
This likely was an unplanned shooting, and the shooter goes home, grabs his varmit rifle and some fully jacketed ammo.

FoxNews radio says judge is still alive.
So, is that the good news or the bad news?
It's all so complicated...

Damn, 4 to the chest? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Had to be small caliber, high velocity, FMJ ammo, or he would have been dead when he hit the floor.

There are some quite accurate semi-autos that could do the job from range. The Garand and the M14 come to mind.
That is my theory as well, maybe a 22 mag. FMJ. I have a 22 LR semi-auto ( Featherlite)rifle that can pop off 4 rounds in a half second.
I can't see any other way he could be hit by 4 rounds in the chest and live.
