Tough crap. That can't have any of mine.
They'll definately be doing a blood dance on this one whether the judge lives or dies. Watch for Josh Sugerbritches and his vile VPC crew try to make points with this one.

This sounds more like an inside the courthouse type shooting. Up close with a pistol.
There are some quite accurate semi-autos that could do the job from range. The Garand and the M14 come to mind.

...I can still shoot. I used to hit running squirrels with a .22. Where do I report for training?Could you come to my house? I've got a herd of deer decimating my garden, and I'd love to scare them off. If it weren't illegal, one of them would be in my freezer right now, and the rest rethinking their activities. As it is, I have to resort to spritzing the plants with water and sprinkling chili powder on them.

Let's see...could it be you are inciting someone to commit a crime? What I said was that I would not lose one bit of sleep if it were a liberal-activist judge. With all that's been happening over the last decade with judges, lawmakers and politicians, maybe you have too much respect for the implementors and not enough for the institutions.

Sure. If the judge was a paper sillouette that was completely imobile. An AK would do the job then.
However, we are talking about a reactive target that would start falling with the first shot. 4 to the chest implies either a close range shot (to account for muzzle climb and target movement) at full auto or a pistol encounter within the building.

No, I'm saying it's easy to sit at a computer and make anonymous nasty remarks. I do have respect for the institutions, and I don't wish anyone to be shot while he's doing his job, whether I agree with him or not.

I notice the judge isn't getting a lot of sympathy here. It reminds me of those milk carton kids. Every time I see one I think, well, somebody got his kid back, but he had to do it "outside the system". I wouldn't report 'em if I saw 'em.

This may be a tough case to solve: every father screwed over by out-of-control tyrant Judge Weller is a suspect. The list is narrowed down to what, 10,000 suspects?
Too bad there was no real judicial oversight on the atrocities that took place in Weller's hellhole courts. Oversight might have prevented this shooting,

He's got some "fans" alright.
By the link you posted and the subsequent ones I followed, every person who ever set foot in his courtroom seems like a viable suspect, including attorneys.
Ergo, if the 'honorable' judge bites the big one, I have a feeling it'll be a very small funeral procession, like the hearse and one car. That being said, at the wake I'd predict a lot of wreaths and flowers being sent, like...
- Ha-Ha
- Go to hell
- What took so long
and...... - See ya later, I'm gonna pee on your grave tonight.
He was truly hated and by all accounts, rightfully so (not that shooting the creep was the correct recourse).

Good point. More likely the "Power position" with his back to the window so that lesser beings have to look into the glare of the sky and sun to see him.

That STILL doesn't confirm that I said ANYTHING about killing anyone, just the fact that I don't feel any sadness over the killing of someone who, if truly liberal and activist, doesn't warrant such....

Apparently somebody has moved on from the "what to do when it is too late to work within the system but too early to shoo the bas***ds" phase.

A good point. Perhaps he was seated when the shooting occurred? Then again, something like 30-06 or 308 hits pretty hard; he'd probably have come out of his chair anyway.
OTOH, it seems unlikely that someone could come inside the courthouse, shoot someone, and hide this long from law enforcement inside a building they are searching, unless he's former military.

I have a co-worker who works at the courthouse and she said that the windows go from the floor to the ceiling. No where to hide.

Can someone tell me why this was pulled and where to find where it is now? or was some rule broken? what?? what??? sigh. I wish i knew what rule might have been broken, so that i never break it.
One thread was pulled, simply because it was a duplicate......you were then directed to this thread.
Welcome to FR...
