President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.
Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.
President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.
The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:
At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.
What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:
In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized.
To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.
The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past.
The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:
The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.
Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.
Why doesnt President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

He will soon co-author a new book with Jim Gilchrist on the Minuteman Project.
Canamerico. One big socialist superstate.
And while you at it, Duncan Hunter is the only candidate running for president who talks about this, backs up his words with action, and has a chance to win!

We can't just sit around and wait any longer! 2010 is just around the corner! Soon it will be too late.
Duncan Hunter is the man and the time is now!
With lunch to be served afterwards. ;-)
Rep.Duncan Hunter is the only Reagan Republican in the presidential race and he has been fighting this take-over all along. He wrote the bill to builda double border fence that is 857 miles long. But the feds refuse to build it. He had the same problem wth the fence in SanDiego and he forced them to comply with the law.
We need to get behind this man before it is too late!
Duncan Hunter is the man!

While I have many disagreements with President Bush and his policies (and I voted for him!), I disagree with the notion that he isn't smart. It turns out that the NAU may not be totally his baby since it has (apparently) been in the works for longer than he has been in the WH, but his overwhelming support for it is obvious to the most casual observer.
His latest "compromise" on the Senate's Comprehensive Immigration Bill is a continuation of his sellout of America to Mexico. Anything that moves that agenda forward, such as the NAU, is nothing short of treason, IMO. The American people have continually indicated that they want secure borders and immigration laws enforced and Bush and the Senate don't seem to either be listening or care.
We can get behind Duncan Hunter before it is too late. Or we can wait and see.. Somehow I don't think that Jesus would condone a wait and see attitude in these times, do you?

We can do something about this right now! Rep. Duncan Hunter has been fighting this crap for some time now. He wrote the border bill which is now law. But these people don't care about the law so they refuse to build it.
Hunter got them to comply in San Diego and it stopped drug traffic there.
We need to get behind this man before it is too late!

Duncan Hunter is the only one trying to stop this who is running and has a chance to win.

The rulings of the EU superceed and laws of the individual "states."
Less than five years away.
Do what you can
And may God Bless you!
..realized the thread began almost a year ago...
..I read the premise...read some replies...
..and thought, ...no, surely not.
I just read the newer replies and in light of what we're all suffering through right now with this amnesty bill being jammed down our throats...
..this thread is making sense.
I don't want it to make sense....but what else can I think?
I'm for Duncan Hunter....he seems the only true patriot running...
I have also just called my senators....and also Trent Lott.....and expressed my outrage with their part in this.
I don't engage in conspiracy theories...
..but nothing is making sense right now...
..and they're--(Democrats AND some Republicans)-- sure trying to ram something through .....it scares me.
Has anyone researched this and condensed down to something I can read through in a shorter sitting?
With the attacks on this author, I’m looking for someone more “Reputable” to dissect this.
Sean Hannity had two callers on the other day who mentioned it and he seemed not to have a clue.
Eventually, I’d love to see it broken down and cross referenced so I can educate my friends and pass it on to talk radio.
Thanks
It might be to late for that.
Hannity is a phoney who has the backing of those who control TV. Anyone who professes to be a Catholic and denies the teaching on the grounds of the homosexual priests doesn't deserve our credulity just because he has a microphone.
Duncan Hunter is talking about this mess too, and doing something about it to boot.

Don't be lulled into submission by TV!
I always wondered why they want a highway rather than simply using a railway. Rail can move more stuff more efficiently...
When Rep. Duncan Hunter was on Hannity and Ingraham’s shows, he said that we should call the White House, and tell President Bush to enforce the law to build the 600+ mi. fence that President Bush himself signed.
