The insane crew strikes again...PETA- the same organization that has even begun a direct attack on Christianity with their Christian Vegetarian Association which claims that Christ taught against eating meat (what about Romans 14:6?). My personal belief is that PETA is another tool of Satan to try to dilute and eventually to try to destroy Christ's message.
Just as Christians are chosen by God and given talents to do t heir part to further His Kingdome, so are the pawns of Satan who are chosen and appointed jobs to further Satan's cause.
I'm all for reasonable treatment of Animals - it breaks my heart if I make a shot on a deer and it doesn't go down immediately...no-one wants a quick & clean kill like I do. But when animals are elevated to the same social status as humans (or above), I have a real problem. The Bible is quite clear that Mankind has dominion over the beasts of the earth. We are stewards - in other words we are to use the animals in a responsible manner.
And besides - animals tend to taste better when they die quickly... Now where's my steak??
The Kosher/Leviticus way of slaughtering animals is the most humane.
