So true! The MSM's plan has effectively been to report this economic boom as a time of high pump prices and then, when the boom starts to slow as all booms must, report that we're in an economic downturn heading to recesssion.... having never once mentioned America was in a boom under Bush!
Unfortunately, to judge from polls, the plan is working.
Don't get me started on the totally biased reporting of our economic situation. Ever since Bush was first elected the media have used their influence to talk down our economy.
Even while reporting a 4.6% unemployment rate, the next word in every report is "but" followed by some number that has moved in a negative direction. As in: but jobs increased by only x amount instead of the anticipated y amount.
I ask, if there are only 4.6% of the job force looking for work, and there are more people working in America than at any time in our history, where are the new jobs to come from. The two numbers can not both proceed in a positive [positive meaning better] direction indefinitely.
It's just hard to believe polls when they are so often wrong and one learns how they are conducted. If they cannot be believed and too often inaccurate, what good are they?
