My Torts professor often said "at the end of the day" back in the early 80's. Regretfully, the phrase has made a resurgence. Lindsay wasn't in my class, but there were many guys who were who now remind me of him.
Thanks. Graham was just the first one I heard use it. To me, there's a certain charm in the way southerners address issues like this and his saying it stuck with me. It may also be why southerners so many times make good politicians and speakers.
