Yeah ain't...

ITs like friggin' BIZZARO WORLD.

Every effin' media story starts with "Forget everything that you know and assume the opposite" and then goes into "lets discuss the implications"

WTF?!?

Joe and Timmy have decided that President Bush has made a mess of absolutely everything. Joe says his plan is aimed at keeping the 3 factions in Iraq together. Bwhahahah, wasn't the plan to split them apart!

It is beyond my comprehension how this fool could possibly think he has a snowball's chance in hell of ever winning a presidential election.

My Torts professor often said "at the end of the day" back in the early 80's. Regretfully, the phrase has made a resurgence. Lindsay wasn't in my class, but there were many guys who were who now remind me of him.

One example: Every time a "crisis" fades from view, we must notice and ask why. Often it is because the "crisis" was a fraud or a lie.

Very insightful and thanks for saying it.

Whenever obvious unelectables like Biden and Dodd are touted as possible candidates, my husband says that he is certain that there must be money to be made in being a candidate!

MTP looks like must-miss tv today

Biden & Blix? Now THERES a balanced program.

Today we will hear for the umpteenth time on MTP that "no WMD were found in Iraq."

Brit Hume: The change with Iran is a change in tactics, not policy. The key is the allies are on board with the preconditions.

Yes but after I assume this referred to during their sentence sorry if I misunderstood and it was referring to after-wards because as you say I do not have a problem with this.

WOW; unexpected slap down of the gal from USA Today (page?) by Brit. Good for him -- he is so much smarter than anyone at the table. He is the BEST!

Brit: This is not an attempt to coax them to the table. The administration believes the security council is behind the preconditions and threat of sanctions. This has boxed Iran into a corner.

Grrrr... typical... stupid Linsay Graham being the "Republican side" in any segment is laughably pathetic.

@@@@

Senator Reed referred to his counterpart on this interview as "Senator Lindsay".
Are these guys even awake this early on a Sunday?

It's a states decision. I don't have a dog in the fight but can understand a state saying part of the punishment for committing a felony is losing voting rights permanently. Debt to society being paid is no longer the benchmark, just consider child molesters in most areas are never out from under that standard.

In CO, felons can vote if they petition to get their voting rights reinstated, I think.

Wasn't that great??? She made some comment about "coaxing the iranians to the table" and our softening our stand, and Brit said (contemptuaously) "That isn't what is happening AT ALL!"

We need remind the media and politicians of the old song, "You've got to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. Don't mess with Mister-in-Between."

They've reversed the lyrics....accentuating the negative ALL THE TIME.

Stephi's panel discussion on Haditha are that this happens all the time, and usually the US gov't just says "don't belive the AQ propaganda", and that works most of the time, we we don't know how many times this happens, but we get them almsot daily.
