Jail term for HIV-positive rapist

| A refugee who knew he was HIV positive when he raped a teenager without using a condom has been jailed indefinitely. Zimbabwean Gabriel Vengesai, 45, also had consensual unprotected sex with a 14-year-old girl who bore him a child, Winchester Crown Court heard. He was on bail for this offence when he raped the 17-year-old girl at his flat in Aldershot, Hampshire, last October. Vengesai was found guilty of rape and sexual activity with a child and will serve at least six-and-a-half years. Homosexual claim His victims and the child he fathered did not contract HIV. Sentencing him, Judge Tom Longbotham told Vengesai he was a high risk to women. The former pub landlord had fled to Britain in 1996 and was given leave to stay because he said he was homosexual and subject to intimidation in Zimbabwe. But the court was told he had a long-term female partner. Judge Longbotham also said Vengesai, who was convicted in April, would be deported if he was ever released. |

It makes me wonder how often this sort of thing happens here in the USA. Considering the legendary "macho" culture of Mexico and other South and Central American countries, illegal immigrants in the USA could simply claim that they are homosexual and would face "homophobic persecution" if deported. Idiot Leftist judges would love that....there's no scientific test to prove that somebody isn't gay and so they would see no reason not to accept such a defense. I'm sure that there are countless Leftist attorneys who will be delighted to suggest such an option to their illegal clients.

When dealing legally and factually with the bizarre; it is the bizarre that must be evidenced factually and shoulder the burden of proof.
It appears that the criminal claimed an innate "homosexual" status barring him from deportation. YET, he did not have to prove his claim? (not saying he could have proved it)...
One aspect premising the issue of proving a disordered sexual orientation (homosexuality) is comprised of physical scientists who can not yet identify or measure ANYTHING physical that establishes an innate homosexual "sexual orientation".
Since a "sexual orientation" other than that derived and assumed based upon evidenced physical attributes e.g. sexual organs has never been proved scientifically to be an innate human characteristic WHY do courts accept such claims?
Again, legally - I would assume the burden of proof as to an innate disordered "sexual orientation" would have to be upon those making the assertion...
I await the first lawsuit challenging the sacred cow of innate homosexuality in a case such as this one where such blind politically correct acceptance of homosexual dogma took priority over that of public safety..
Let's see... he's arrested for having sex with a 14-year-old and the judge let's him out on bail. While out on bail, he rapes a 17-year-old. The UK must be looking to our justice system for inspiration.
