Well, I set out my 'appeasement' criteria three years ago and they haven't changed any. The bar I set was rather low too, and Pres. Bush has still managed to meet just one of them. This is what they were: (1) Keep the economy from falling into recession .. check! (2) Win the war in Iraq .. bzzt! (3) Secure the borders .. bzzt!

Are you happy about what the border legislation or about the Presidents commitment to enforce existing laws about the borders? I'd imagine that you'd be hopping mad and screaming bloody murder were a Democrat taking the exact same stances.

One of the sites said something along the lines...'Don't pay any attention to them, all they do is fight each other. They fight over guns, abortion, homosexuals and whatever. Right now they are busy dog bashing'. I didn't save the actual quotes, but that is the impression many sites have of FR.
It's sad because it's true.
He can do something conservative and enforce the law.
