At first just a prayer group, later a Muslim support group, the association is now looking outward to change what many see as woeful ignorance about Islam on Capitol Hill and beyond

Another legitimate reason to allow the FBI to search congressional offices.

The only way they can be moderates is if they don't practice their cult faith.

Gaining political foothold "doesn't happen overnight," said Assad R. Akhter, legislative assistant to Rep. Bill Pascrell, D-N.J.

Thanks will vote for the Spanish name against Bill on Tuesday!

Islam is more dangerous to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happinesss than Nazism, Fascism, and Communism combined.

Islam should be outlawed and all it's practitioners should be deported or imprisoned.

You know, this is a good statement.

Mr. Aalim-Johnson, why do you consider Islam a religion?

Mr. Aalim-Johnson, how do you not consider this cult-like group of beliefs violent?

Mr. Aalim-Johnson, why should these beliefs be allowed on American soil when at their core they call for nonbelievers to be converted or killed?

Mr. Aalim-Johnson, where do you get the nerve or insanity to think Islam's problem lies in "our" ignorance.

Thanks!

Islam will never be allowed to be the "law of the land" in this country in any possible way, and that fact should be impressed upon all muslims in this country and the world, IMO.

Understanding of Islam — and acceptance of American Muslims — has sometimes seemed as lacking among national leaders as it has elsewhere in the land.

Hummm, could it be that people don't want to accept your death cult? Islam is not a death cult, you say? That's not what the American people see every night on the news.

I can't understand why anyone, much less women, convert to this Satan religion.

I don't know about anyone else but this scares the hell out of me!!
Sorry but I don't trust any muslims anymore. This is based mainly on the fact that very few speak out against the violence that the so-called radical muslims carry out.

I wonder if Grover Norquist is in attendance?

http://www.sperryfiles.com

from the linked article:

FP (Front Page interviewer): Why do you suppose Washington's premiere
anti-tax lobbyist is suddenly so passionate about lobbying for Islamist interests?

Sperry: He's marrying a Muslim, and when I asked Norquist if he himself has
converted to Islam, he brushed the question off as too "personal."

The Congressional Muslim Staffers Association

I didn't know we had one of those. More proof that "diversity" and "multiculturalism" makes us "stronger." ROTFL!!!!

Of a dozen congressional staff organizations, the Muslim group is the only one at the moment that centers on religion

Betcha the Muslims are the only ones who would be allowed to have a group like this in the first place...

WASHINGTON - At midday on Fridays, Muslims gather to pray in a basement room of the U.S. Capitol. Kneeling on sheets they've spread over the floor and facing east toward Mecca, they are members of the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association, about two dozen congressional aides who are part of a small but growing minority in America and in the halls of government.

Where is the damn ACLU with their lawsuit against the separation of Church and State.?!
Are we going to end up like the linguine spined Europeans been invaded by the Muslims?

That scenario can not be allowed to happened, otherwise we will doom ourselves!

P.S. I do not give a damn, if a Muslim's feelings are hurt!

Can any other group gather in any part of any day in the Capitol or its environs for the sole purpose of praying? Why should Mohammedans be permitted to then?

"We're excited and hopeful," Haq said of the group's new mission. "It's nice to be Muslim and feel hopeful about the future when we finally take over the US, destroy the Zionists, force all to the will of Allah and eliminate all those who oppose Islam... "
