And don't forget that "Cut & Run" Murtha was urging us to flee after Blackhawk Down in Mogadishu Cut & Run

Now I can understand that his personal experience in war was so horrible that he does not wish any young man to go through it again. But as a senior member of the Armed Services Comittee, what battle is he willing to engage in, ever?

If his experience was so horrible, is it right to trumpet his military record for elections?

We were fighting Al Qaeda in Mogadishu/Blackhawk too. We asked Clinton for an AC-130 before the raid but were turned down. We wouldn't have had men trapped in that raid were it not for that extra support.
