I noticed the following in the article:

Marine officials initially gave the same story, that 15 civilians were killed Nov. 19 in the explosion and a subsequent firefight that also killed eight insurgents.

If this is what the squad reported after the action, then the charge of a cover-up is bullshiite.

They may have given a shoddy after-action report, but I read today somewhere where the incident was being investigated BEFORE the Time article was published in March. If that is the case, then this cover-up crap is not only untrue, its a treasonous slander.
