Al Gore has made his sharpest attack yet on the George Bush presidency, describing the current US administration as "a renegade band of rightwing extremists".
In an interview with the Guardian today, the former vice-president calls himself a "recovering politician", but launches into the political fray more explicitly than he has previously done during his high-profile campaigning on the threat of global warming...

"a renegade band of rightwing extremists"

I would hardly call the Repub mob that is trying to give away America, motivated and pushed by El Jefe, a group of right-wing extremists...quite the OPPOSITE. And it is tragic for America that they are not -- But anything that Gore says, just assume the opposite, and you will most likely be right...just another Washington liberal moron.

"Al Gore Unleashed"Let's leave him "unleashed" and let him run around barking at strangers, urinating on the trees and crapping on the front lawn.
America needs to see him as he really is, just like what happened to Howard Dean.
Liberals are like little self-sinking "Titanics" when you let them go ahead and destroy themselves.
Get some popcorn, sit back, and enjoy.

Al has been listening to these political columnists who are frightened Hillary will lose, and being the stupid POS he is , he is starting to believe someone wants him.
Sorry Al: Things arent that bad yet.

Bush is 'renegade rightwing extremist' If only it was true. Iran would be cowering in it's turbans, gun ownership would be mandatory, with the guns specified as in the days of yore, by chambering and maybe magazine compatibility.

The loony left of England interviewing the loony left of America.
Who is more insane here?

Al, what you need is a psychiatrist.
What you are suffering from cannot be cured by mere politics.

Gore is gaga for GW, global warming that is. We got tali-ban, bird flu, Iran, Al Quada etc that comes first. So this idiot wants to "save" the earth? For what? If we loose the WOT, then let the arabs worry about saving the earth. Leave things alone, sorta place booby-trap for the pigs. Like a stunt out of Mad Magazine. "Aha! We win! Win! Then a big rock crashes down wiping out all." P-ss on Gore and the Tali-Ban.

While President Bush is considered only a luke-warm moderate by most conservatives, he is a wild. right-wing extremist to the radical liberal/left.
Former Vice President Gore, a dedicated Marxist, is a poor judge of where anyone is on the political spectrum.
The worst that can be said of Gore is that he saw nothing wrong that happened during the Clinton/Gore administrations, arguably the most corrupt administrations in the history of the nation.
A perfect candidate for the Dems to run for the Oval Office.

In the interview Mr Gore also distances himself from Tony Blair on the subject of nuclear power, which the prime minister has insisted is "back on the agenda with a vengeance". Mr Gore says he is "sceptical about it playing a much larger role," and that although it might have a part to play in Britain or China, it will not be "a silver bullet" in the fight against global warming.Somebody needs to tell Al that another few mpg on CAFE standards ain't a'gonna get it done.
