Why Our Gas Is Great for Hybrid Vehicles

Why Our Gas Is Great for Hybrid Vehicles

Aquygen™ Gas is capable of storing tremendous amounts of energy that can be released under certain specific conditions. Under these conditions, Aquygen™ Gas will release an estimated 3.1 times the energy levels released by pure Hydrogen or traditional Hydrogen & Oxygen mixtures.

Denny Klein and his prototype car

The Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen System ("HHOS") can generate sufficient Aquygen™ Gas to enrich a vehicle's traditional fuel supply (gasoline or diesel) so that a net power increase in engine horsepower ("HP") occurs. In the prototype vehicle, it has been estimated that the heavy-duty alternator requires approximately 4 HP of the stock engine's base power load. It has been estimated that the increased energy release of the combustion process utilizing the Aquygen™ Gas enrichment resulted in a net 17 HP gain.

The HHOS can be installed with very little modification to a standard piston engine. Water and oil operating temperatures are not affected by the HHOS.

The HHOS has been tested in two different vehicles (the current prototype, which is a 1994 Ford Escort Wagon, and a 1998 Ford Ranger pickup) and fuel economy increases have ranged from 22.9% to 100% depending upon the amount of electrical energy (amps & volts) that are available for the production of Aquygen™ Gas.

The HHOS is in patent pending stage with 39 claims pending.

The HHOS can be sized (i.e., the level of Aquygen™ Gas output required) for smaller or larger engines depending on the horsepower and/or electrical (KW hour) deviations per volume of fuel (gas or diesel) consumed.

The HHOS enhances proven technology, i.e, the internal combustion engine, which has been proven reliable over trillions of miles for more than 100 years.

The HHOS can be retrofitted on millions of existing gas and diesel fueled vehicles. Fleet vehicles are being specifically targeted now.

The HHOS is evolutionary, not revolutionary, as it utilizes the existing refueling infrastructure (gas and diesel stations) and can be the transitional between fossil fueled vehicles of today and the fuel cell vehicles of the future.

The HHOS would save the automobile industry billions of dollars in retooling costs as compared to fuel cell vehicles.

The HHOS would create more jobs now; there's a huge retrofit market to tap.

The HHOS is cost efficient. The economic payback on fleet vehicles could be less than six months!

It's been posted here a number of times. The consensus is that it's a sham.

Met the people, seen some demonstrations of a welder that they hope to market. But they are not yet modifying any autos. One of the presenters of the company seemed genuine, but a background check revealed securities violations. I wish them well, but I want to see some products, not prototypes.

A friend of mine sent a WMV file captured from a Fox News affiliate in Houston. The video shows the welding application in-service and the modified Ford Escort. Seems too good to be true. I figured some folks on here would know of this idea and could educate me and the rest. Seemed to me that $3/gal gas would make folks interested in what this company had to offer.

The Texas Attorney General recently shuttered a multilevel marketing company that promised a 50% increase in fuel efficiency. Turned out the gas balls were nothing but glorified moth balls.

These two companies are NOT related, but the shysters come out of the woodwork when opportunity strikes.

My guess is that it may have merit one day but it is being marketed long before it is ready for the masses.

The HHOS would save the automobile industry billions of dollars in retooling costs as compared to fuel cell vehicles.

If this were the case, then Detroit and everyone else would be doing it.

Also, they give no desctiption as to 'how it actually works'.

Aquygen™ Gas flame temperature itself is only between 259° F to 279° F when produced in ambient open air.

Aquygen™ Gas develops a temperature differential ranging from 259° F to well over 10000° F depending on the material substrate being worked. This allows each material to be worked, using dissimilar materials together or separately, without changing the fuel or its setting.

This is simply impossible.

I believe the technology involves an exothermic reaction between the liberated oxygen and the material being "heated." The Houston-FoxNews video showing the rapid (presumably at normal speed) combustion of a charcoal brickette (sp?) is pretty impressive.

Well, golly gee, a Nitrous Oxide injection system can be used to enrich a vehicle's traditional fuel supply (gasoline or diesel) so that a net power increase in engine horsepower ("HP") occurs.

So what?

I presume the cost of refilling the nitrous bottle is not cost effective compared to gasoline. Otherwise, Detroit et al. would equip retail cars with this feature, or at least make it an available option.

No, but I have a friend that has a good deal on some bridge stock.

Also I believe that nitrous boosting is very hard on engine materials, at least those used in consumer vehicles.

This is one of those it does and it doesn't. Actually Nitrous doesn't enrich anything, it just makes the fuel colder so that more fuel will enter the combustion chamber. If you use Nitrous you need to increase the size of your carburetor jet's, are your injector size to make it work properly. In any case you actually increase fuel usage to gain HP. There are no free lunches when making a car go fast.
