McKeesport Area School District has reached a $58,000 settlement with a teacher who district investigators said had sex with another teacher in a classroom and a men's room during school hours.
Under the settlement package, Patrick Collins, who has taught for 31 years in the district and was the teachers union president, will retire Nov. 9 after receiving 98 paid unused sick and personal days and a 24-day paid leave. The total comes to $48,260.
In addition, he will receive health insurance worth $10,305.
School board member David Donato, who voted against the package, said the settlement is better than teachers with spotless records receive on retirement.

"While it was moving? And were you wearing a helmet?"
nope, but I did turn the key off while it happened (for safety of course) and told her to try the kick starter as much and fast as should could to see if it was really off
I wonder what type of sex acts they did.
Also, why is this being prosecuted five years after the fact.
Finally, would this be prosecuted if two homosexual teachers had consensual sex, or would Lambda Legal counter-sue and cause such a case to be dropped??????
ROFL! Now you 'dun' it!
I remember that one.
Let's see...98 sick days + 24 vacation days = 122 paid days.
$48,260 / 122 = $395.57 per day
$395.57 * 5 = $1,977.85 per week
McKeesport Area School District has a 40 week school year, so 40 * $1,977.85 = $79,114 per year.
A 31 year employee making $80k/year isn't completely unheard of.
heheheheheheh
even hippos somehow manage to reproduce.
