A good idea for a fast-food restaurant that is healthy for you is to have cheeseburgers with swiss cheese and no buns. Instead, the burger and swiss cheese should be wrapped in lettuce. This lettuce would make a good healthy bun.

how about substituting turkeyburgers for that hamburger...or even a veggie burger...less fat, and try some reduced fat cheese like Alpine Lace...and make sure the lettuce isn't Iceberg. Romaine or Redleaf might be nice...and serve it with a knife and fork...

This lettuce would make a good healthy bun.It makes for FIRMER buns, I'll give it that, which is especially important with Summer coming on, and all.
AND, in a similar (vericose?) vein, it's high time to codify in Law a ban on any combination of cellulite and spandex.
