PRESIDENTIAL NEWS OF THE DAY: President and Mrs. Bush attended St. John's this morning, and GWB went for a mountain bike ride. The first couple also made a brief television appearance to congratulate the new Iraqi government. Here are the President's brief remarks:
THE PRESIDENT: The formation of a unity government in Iraq is a new day for the millions of Iraqis who want to live in freedom. And the formation of the unity government in Iraq begins a new chapter in our relationship with Iraq.This morning, I called the President, the Prime Minister and the Speaker to congratulate them on working together to form the unity government. I assured them that the United States will continue to assist the Iraqis in the formation of a free country, because I fully understand that a free Iraq will be an important ally in the war on terror, will serve as a devastating defeat for the terrorists and al Qaeda, and will serve as an example for others in the region who desire to be free.
No offense intended as I don't want to upset anyone but I really get sick of hearing people critique Laura's clothing. I would not want someone telling me what I should and should not wear. I think people should respect her choice of clothing and not harp on what she wears that they don't like. There is person here that hasn't worn something someone else didn't like. Would those that critisize what she wears want their clothing choice put down on on open forum??? She and her husband are the only ones that manner in that choice anyway.
Wouldn't it be a hoot if Laura wears that suit just to drive Hitlery crazy? Eat your evil heart out, Hitlery. Look at Laura's lovely, slender thighs.
I KNOW Laura wouldn't do that, but then I remember Hitlery's snotty remark about Laura's engagement ring, "Oh, isn't that nice. It's so plain." Or words to that effect.
Nothing is wrong with it. It's her choice.
I don't like that picture at all. It is not a flattering picture of him.

Man, onyx. There are days when I just want to quietly walk away from this website and never come back. The last two days have been like that for me.
I could tell that from your posts and the posts to you. I elected to leave the thread instead of engaging them. I must admit, for anonymous posters, their lofty claims of knowledge fall on deaf ears.
