May 20, 2006 -- WHILE Iran's economy appears to be heading for recession, one sector may have some reason for optimism. That sector is the garment industry and the reason for its optimism is a law passed by the Islamic Majlis (parliament) on Monday.

We have to check for confirmation of this story since the token Jewish parlimentarian in Iran says it isn't true. I'm not saying it's incorrect, yet.

If the Iranians are so fond of Nazism, we should introduce them more properly to WWII. I'm thinking Dresden, but on a much larger scale. And if they want to see ovens....show them ovens, from the inside.

Yep instead of wearing stars and crosses on the clothes to identify them as infidels they make people wear a distinctive style of clothing. Better to identify and kill whenever the muzzies want to riot over cartoons are suchlike.

The new law cannot come into effect until consensus is reached on what constitutes "authentic Islamic attire." This will make them stick out.

The law mandates the government to make sure that all Iranians wear "standard Islamic garments" designed to remove ethnic and class distinctions reflected in clothing, and to eliminate "the influence of the infidel" on the way Iranians, especially the young, dress. It also envisages separate dress codes for religious minorities, Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians, who will have to adopt distinct color schemes to make them identifiable in public.
Notice how the author says the law mandates a dress code for Iranians, but "envisages" what infidels will wear. I suspect that those who say that Iran has not mandated special colors for Jews are correct.

The devil is in the details as usual. People are reacting to a vague report.

I think we don't know yet. Until someone shows that a new law has been put in place in Iran, it hasn't.

AH Ha, so the Jews secretly run Iran. I'll bet he is in constant secret contact with that Jewish guy in Afghanistan.
