Border Patrol agents discovered 91 illegal entrants who had been smuggled into the country in the back of a panel truck Thursday night southwest of Sonoita, an official said Friday.
The Border Patrol received a call around 10 p.m. from someone concerned about possible illegal activity, said Jesus Rodriguez, a spokesman for the agency's Tucson Sector. The caller suspected the truck was picking up illegal entrants.
When Border Patrol agents from Nogales and Sonoita pulled the truck over on Arizona 82 around Milepost 26, about 35 miles south of Tucson. the driver got out and ran into the brush, Rodriguez said.
Inside the truck, agents found the 91 illegal entrants, most of them from Mexico and some from Central America, he said. The driver of the truck was not found.
The illegal entrants were taken to the Nogales processing center, Rodriguez said.
The Gov't Auction Yard. Could be a nice cheap acquisition for someone.
I passed by the Sonoita border patrol station in early March and there was a "Help Wanted" banner hanginging on the chain link fence enclosing the installation.
Better name for them and really points out what they are:

Your comment is true, but I suggest it would be less prone to misunderstanding if we called illegal aliens what they really are; namely, Criminals.
I was working HR when this came into effect and I took it very serious - meant a whole lot more verifying and paperwork. Also gave me an opportunity to do moonlighting consulting by bringing other companies up to speed on it. When did employers lose their fear of the fine/jail time?

A while back a Freeper coined the term "Crimmigrant" which is short, sweet and to the point. No PC crap, no ambiguity just a single word which cannot be parsed even by the clintons.
When an order is no longer enforced it is worthless. They have no fear as the only ones it is enforced with now, and really since Kennedy's 1964 bill, is on Defgense Contractor's where a Security Clearance is required for employees as well as cleared facilities because of the access to / handling / storage of classified information.

When you want to see who is making the money off of this, look to the Temp agencies, the smugglers and transporters, and the immigration lawyers.
I was visiting my uncle in Yuma a couple weeks ago and he reported that the week before, as he was going into Mexico for a little dental work, the border patrol had stopped five men attempting to come into the country. The Border Patrol had them lying down on the ground. The men were Russians!

Tipped off by a caller? I do it everytime I see them now. I got into a spat with the our city managers office when I called to tell them their sub had illegals working for them. The conversation went so badly I hung up and called ICE. I then emailed the Post Dispatch with a description and location of the job. (it was a city job)Im waiting for the water to be shut off now..
