No. This poll was only among 14-15 year olds. What this means is that the girls were having sex with guys older than them by several years.

There are probably a lot more guys that want to have sex at a typical age group than girls... it isn't a shortage of guys that drives the discrepancy. If you polled 18 year olds I'm sure the separation would not be nearly as significant.

What it is is that dating (and having sex with) older guys makes girls feel older. Probably part of the reason the girls are having sex in the first place.

Most of the time the very young sexually active teens are introduced to sex by an older partner, I'm sure the same is true in this group of polled kids as well.
