Tipper is doing her part to help in recycling. She is modeling her latest creation by her husband and inventor , Al Gore. Al is showing how he can recycle all his tin foil hats into tinfoil jackets.
Except that Al got too close to the burner when he dove into the buffet and singed off his eyebrows.
