They want to give SS to those who used stolen SS numbers. Using a stolen SSN is a FELONY.

If they were legally employed, yes. Otherwise they are SOL.

Many of them don't pay a dime into the system but they still get to collect Social Security. Many of them bring their parents (who never worked a day in this country) here and their parents can collect Social Security, not to mention get free medical.
It's a scam, a budget buster, and an injustice to the people who obey our laws and have for years put money into Social Security and will probably never get any of it back themselves.
According to the warped moral priorities of some on these boards, EVERYTHING a person does after sneaking across the border becomes a crime, even if it is working for a living just as normal Americans do.
I can offer you anecdotal evidence that a lot of them don't pay in. I know for a fact that some of their employers are crooks who don't pay social security or withholding for their illegal employees. So now we're going to burden a failing system with the additional burden of paying out to people who never put anything into the system. I really am beginning to think that Congress is getting us into a crisis here, in a bid to get illegal votes. And 300 miles of fence is just a waste of money.
I don't even think I'M going to get anything back, and I'm a citizen from birth...ah...that's from BOTH U.S. CITIZEN parents type birth.
