Tehran, May 17, IRNA-President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad intends to write another letter but it will not be for a political figure, "informed sources" were quoted on Wednesday.
The Persian-language daily, Tosse'e, quoted the sources as saying Ahmadinejad's second letter is expected to be sent next week.
According to the daily, the president, in an April 24 interview, said that he "will again send messages to leaders of certain world powers calling their attention to the state of the world and inviting them to imbibe the message of the Divine Prophets which happens to be also the motto of Iranians in the current year (1385)."
The current Iranian year has been designated Year of the Great Prophet Mohammad. President Ahmadinejad reminded that the Prophet's (PBUH) message was also a call for peace and tranquility to rule the world, the daily added. It said that President Ahmadinejad had decided he would continue sending messages until he achieves his objective.

(Twilight Zone theme playing in background)
He can demanding the West surrender but it won't mean a thing if there is no action behind his threats.
If he does act he will be crushed. It is a lose/lose for Iran.
Interesting...
But I've always wondered--do the Iranian people genuinely support what this guy's doing?
My PoliSci class touched briefly on Iran--though the media articles we've read seems to put Ahmadinejad in a rather flattering light...
In any case--Keep up the Good Work!
The Qu'ran requires Moslems give fair warning and entreaties to accept Islam before they can unleash havoc (e.g., an Atom Bomb).
This is entreaty #2 - and would be full/final justification to the Mullahs that he gave fair warning & tried to convert President G.W. Bush with the letters. Sharia rules!
Hmm. Why isn't he trying to convert the Israelis then?
This isn't a good sign. People are assuming he's trying to get the nuke as a threat to Israel, but then it wouldn't do him any good to try to convert George Bush, would it.
It could well be that former Soviet nukes, funneled from the Ukraine through Iran to al-Quaida, are even now being set up for detonation in the capitals of Christendom.
If Ahmadi-whack-job wants to get 1 billion Catholics screaming for a crusade against 1.5 billion Muslims, all he needs to do is take out Vatican City.
I wouldn't want to be in his sandals for anything if he plays that card.
GW is not a Catholic, though his brother, Jeb, is.
From seeing the reaction of Indonesia and Malaysia to this guy and reading the press accounts from Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, etc., I am afraid that the majority of Muslims worldwide support this guy. In most cases, the opposition that government voice is just CYA.
"do the Iranian people genuinely support what this guy's doing?"
In a word...NO
Dear George,
How come you don't write.
Love,
Mahmoud
I kinda figured...
As opposed to just nodding their head and passively supporting the guy out of fear for their lives...8^)
The articles and clips shown in class always showed throngs of people --trying to figure out if the people are just covering their butts or if they really are that gung-ho...
Then again, college is a Rat-infested h---hole...
Catholic prophecies speak of it as well, but in the context that this suffering will enable the Church to grow and gain strength.

Anyone familiar with Islam knows this is the required first step for declaring war.
He's going to ask the Pope to convert?
"He's going to ask the Pope to convert?"
No, he's DEMANDING that EVERYBODY converts, and if we don't, we die.
.....unless we get him first. (Master Arming Switch ON)
It will rule only ashes..
Does this mean Hugo is gonna have to get a prayer rug!?
