Why does Jimmy always have to be the turd in the punchbowl? As a 'christian' he should read his Bible, especially where it talks about dividing Jerusalem and the land belonging to the Jews (which is ALL of it!). The man should just shut his mouth and keep his opinions to himself. Argghh.

Carter should be a big supporter of Israel. They have a Prime Minister who is reminding people of Carter.
You are very correct. But Carter was one of the worst US presidents of the last century. And he's been a buffoonish swine ever since leaving office. Whether he's a puppet or an idiot, the results are the same.
If Clinton was our first "black" president then Jimmah was our first "crack baby" president.

Jimmu Carter was an idiot in high office and he is getting more senile every day.
I know somebody who volunteered to do a house building project for Habitat for Humanity. She signed up in part because she wanted to meet Carter. She took part in a building project with a group of women. In the planning meetings, the group kept suggesting energy saving ideas: more insulation, double thick windows, low flow shower heads, and yada, yada.
The project director nixed every energy saving idea. Remember, the people these houses are intended for are very poor. People who suffer the most from high heating costs. The director's reasoning went this way: "We cannot show preferences. These houses must all be built to the same specs. Otherwise, we would be discriminating."
My friend personally witnessed walls being finished without insulation. She spoke with a building inspector who told her that the house should not have passed code. He told he he could punch right through the walls. Nothing was in there at all.
Just like Jimmu's head.

That's absolutely true. All during the unfortunate Clinton Administration I kept telling myself that at least Jimmy Carter had a certain amount of class and didn't "stain" (pardon the expression) the office, but ever since the Dems have lost the White House the man has been popping up non-stop to prattle this stuff.
Carter's administration may not have had a "Lewinski," but it was an absolute, total failure.
I prefer the title "Ayatollah" for him, myself. After all, it was Jimmuh that gave us the leftist government of Khomeini, whose successor now hosts David Duke.
Carter wasn't as flamboyant as Clinton, but he's always been a San Francisco hippie with a South Georgia accent.
