The Conservative movement is now split. There is no doubt in my mind that FR will figure it out and side with Constitutional Conservatives in the long run. Cut FR a little slack, everything is turmoil right now,

We should not have to beg FR to be conservative anymore than we should have to beg Bush. The ultimate goal here is a seriously conservative SCOTUS...you let in another 100 million or more impoverished third world immigrants in the nest 30 years and you can forget that EVER happening. They will get sucked right up into the minority victimhood cult that eats away at our natiional integrity like a tapeworm. Look how most of their leaders already posture with all that MECHA and LULAC talk. Here in Nashville with probably 100,000 illegals, there are no...zero ....nada...GOP...Mexican descended leadsers. Look at the Rio Grande Valley....a Dem cesspool.
Doesn't mean I advocate a third rail...until one is viable.
Big Ears gave us the Toon twice and there are some very decent GOPers out there. The only halfway decent Dem is Lieberman.
The policy here seems to be that forcing illgegals to go home is either not an issue or racial or impossible and that they will become good GOPers down the road.
Sorta like Ed Gillespie thinks.
Now I've lived in some of these countries and would prefer their cultures not consume my own regardless of how they vote and statistically they vote majority Dem....Rove's numbers tinkering in 2004 notwithstanding

I think the split is more pragmatism versus hard-nosed-ism.
I think the split is more believe anything that supports your worst fears versus always verify.
