This is excellent news.
The joint trip Rice and Rumsfeld took to Baghdad has a lot to do with this outcome, I think.
The Democrats actually want the United States to fail in Iraq. The want President Bush to fail and they want our troops to fail. The Democrats think that would help them win elections. The Democrats are allies of the terrorists.

It took nearly four years to ratify the U.S. Constitution. During that time there were two serious rebellions, talk of civil war, and endless bloviating by journalists with more mouth than brain. Not a lot has changed, has it?
