Just Announced on FoxNews!
This is excellent news.
The joint trip Rice and Rumsfeld took to Baghdad has a lot to do with this outcome, I think.
The Democrats actually want the United States to fail in Iraq. The want President Bush to fail and they want our troops to fail. The Democrats think that would help them win elections. The Democrats are allies of the terrorists.
Thanks for posting the good news. DNC is not gonna like this at all. Of course it won't be all roses but this is great. Thank you Mr. President for perservering.
Shhhhh... don't tell anyone.
If we don't....who will?

Iraqis to Present Cabinet on Saturday
ASSOCIATED PRESS
BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) -
Prime Minister-designate Nouri al-Maliki will present his Cabinet to Parliament on Saturday, signaling a possible end to months of uncertainty after legislative elections, Shiite and Sunni deputies said.
Al-Maliki "will present his government to the presidency today, and the presidency will refer it tomorrow to the parliamentary council," Deputy Parliament Speaker Khalid al-Atiya, a Shiite, told The Associated Press on Wednesday.
"On Saturday, the parliament will convene to vote on each of al-Maliki's nominees and the government's program."
Adnan al-Duleimi, head of the Sunni Arab Accordance Front said parliament "would be convened on Saturday to vote on al-Maliki's government." The makeup of the Cabinet was not released.
"This is an exceptionally successful president."
I really wish more folks around here would realize that.
Winning the WOT will be historic legacy of this President, although it is hard to claim victory in these times.
Well this sounds like excellent news and another defeat for those who wanted to back to the old system.
Don't forget the recent floods in the Deomcratic Northeast!
The city of San Diego's murder rate has doubled since this time last year (25 to date as opposed to 14 at this same time last year). So I guess we must be having one here... Perhaps CNN should do a story.
45 per 100K in LA.
Perhaps we can get the UN peacekeepers to bring peace and blue helmets. :>)
Yes, blue helmets. Also, we should pull out of LA because, clearly, we are the root cause of the violence.
I'd like to see each of his hairplugs turn into a small erupting volcano. That would give him something to complain about.
The People's republic of Madison (WI) could do with some of that Rove Weather Machine magic!
From Down Under, I agree with your comments.
But that's not good enough! They missed John Kerry's deadline of May 15th!
