MP told she is 'not a citizen'

The Dutch MP who lied to gain asylum fought back tears yesterday as she confirmed she was resigning her seat after being told her citizenship may be withdrawn.
Somalian-born Ayaan Hirsi Ali also said she was leaving for America. She said her job was now "impossible" after a "shocking" letter from Rita Verdonk, the immigration minister, saying Miss Hirsi Ali could no longer consider herself Dutch because of the lies she told the immigration authorities in 1992.
Of course! We have frauds like Pelosi, Kerry and Clinton here, she'll fit right in!
Atleast they have backbone.

This was all over the BBC last night. What they didn't mention is why she is coming to the US and what benefit is she looking for by coming here. Certainly Canada would take her.

She lied about her age and about whether the Netherlands were the first country she fled to after she left Somalia, because asylum seekers are supposed to seek asylum in the first 'safe' country they arrive in. When Ali fled Somalia she went to Ethiopia, then Kenya, then briefly to Germany, and then to Holland.
