My brother is missing (prayer request)

My brother Bill has been missing since April 10th . He lives in Chicago around 43rd and the Dan Ryan. His friend has been looking for him and did not know how to contact me. After he missed his second drill(he is in the reserves) the Navy got concerned and called me. The police will not file a missing persons report for an adult but I think the Navy will do it tomorrow.
My brother is a member of the U.S. Navy reserves and he has recently served in Kuwait and Japan. Please pray for the safety of my brother.

Second, what the heck kind of rule is that?! Missing for over a month with the Navy trying to find him too and the police won't file a report?
