IMHO The Muslim world sees their opponents in the west as being defeated or, at least, nearly so. Bush is declared defeated with a 29% approval rate as is trumpeted in newspapers worldwide. Blair is said to be on his last legs. Iran is ascendant with a strong leader supported by the rising Marxists from Latin America.
Let this stand as a reminder that if the self proclaimed partisans of "peace and reason" retake power in the USA and Great Britain, the Islamist will be able to escalate their attacks.
