Clinton had some of the best poll numbers in history and got absolutely nothing done. As for accomplishments he will fall into the bottom 10 Presidencies. Compare that to President Bush' accomplishments with bad poll numbers.
With a hostile press and cooked numbers along with the fact that he is addressing large unpopular issues he has accomplished an amazing number of successes. His numbers should be in the negative column. Let's pray he is being misunderestimated again.

That is so lame. If illegals who have children are deported, the kids would go with them. What else?
Eventually, the kids (since they are citizens because of a law that should probably be repealed) can come back when they are old enough, or not
It's not that big a deal. I'm surprised Newt waffled on it. Mexicans are very family oriented. The suggestion they might leave their children is ridiculous.

And yet heterosexual monogamous marriage is codified in our legal system. When it comes to biological children, there really are no rules anyway. Even social stigma has been removed. But I'd be willing to bet that if you took one of those problem kids in your class and put him in a Mary Chaney home, he'd probably straighten out (no pun intended).
I agree that statistics seem to show that break-up of families devastates the futures of children. However, it seems it has less to do with wierd nontraditional family units, and more to do with government subsidising girls to have babies and stay single. I think the government should get out of that business as well.

I think that is what is most irritating about the Perpetual Whiners. They seem to think that since they whine about everything they do not have to DO anything. Int resting how the same set of Posters who bitch about everything are the 1st ones to show up on activist threads trying to tell everyone why they are wasting their time getting involved in the process. The Whiners need to TALK a LOT less and DO a lot more.
