Europe is in decay for more reasons than stated in this article, and I see no seeds of reform that might turn things around. It is said that you can boil a frog if you turn the heat up slowly enough, the frog will take no action to jump out of the pot. That seems to be the situation in Europe, things get steadily worse but they get worse so slowly that the Europeans take to actions to reverse things.
LOL but Europe has aways been in decay since America was first formed.
If you look at the history of American relations with Europe, there has never been a time when American commentators have not pointed to European culture and discussed its decay.
That is why Europe is known as the old country old as in decay.
But still Europe thrives and has a habit of bouncing back.
