If I want a burger, I go get a Wopper, no mayo, no cheese, and put my own cheese and light mayon on it at home. But sometimes, when I don't really want a burger, I do want a Big Mac. I'ts not a real burger, I don't think, but it has it's charm when that is what I really want. (And don't even ask about White Castles!)

It is like Mexican Food. My wife is from Mexico and we go there when I want Mexican food. Not El Torito, Abuelo's (yech and double-yech) or even corner "Los Arcos" type place (not bad here in L.A., but not as good as the real thing). But sometimes I want Toxic Hell (Taco Bell). That is NOT by any stretch of anyone's imagination, "Mexican food." But sometimes I want a few crunchy "tacos" anyway.
When I want a big burger -- Carl's. When I want a GREAT burger -- In 'n Out.
I had White Castle's once when I was down South (and really liked it). But I have been hearing on FR that something changed and now they aren't any good. Is this so?
